Paula is interested in all area's of Women's Health, she also enjoys and is a accredited pregnancy shared-care provider affiliated with The Royal Women's Hospital, Sandringham Hospital and Monash Health.

Dr Yangyang Liu

Dr Yangyang completed his medical school at the University of Tasmania. He underwent postgraduate training in multiple hospitals in Tasmania and Victoria.
He developed a special interest in acupuncture. To further develop his acupuncture skills he completed general practice training and postgraduate medical acupuncture training for GPs provided by the Australian Medical Acupuncture College (AMAC). During the training, his scope of acupuncture practice extended to various clinically difficult conditions, including pregnancy-related head aches, eustachian tube dysfunction and cluster headaches.
Dr Hiran Edirisinghe

Dr Hiran Edirisinghe graduated from the University of Queensland and worked at a number of tertiary hospitals in both Brisbane and Melbourne before joining general practice in 2006.
Hiran is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Queensland. He is also a VMO at The Melbourne Clinic, the largest private psychiatric facility in Australia.
He has a wide variety of interests in general practice including Cardiology, Diabetes, Obesity, Men's Health, Gynaecology, Mental Health, Eating Disorders, Paediatrics, Dermatology, Skin Cancer Medicine and related surgical procedures.
Dr. Martin Williams

Dr. Williams graduated from the University of Melbourne with First Class Honours in 1995. He gained post-graduate experience and training in paediatrics, dermatology and skin cancer, general surgery, emergency medicine and internal medicine, along with twelve months in obstetrics and gynaecology, obtaining the Diploma in O&G. After further training in general practice, he was granted Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2001, achieving second place in Victoria in the College examinations.
He then consulted for twelve years as a GP in two large medical centres in Hampton and Elwood, teaching trainee specialist GPs and medical students, while also delivering babies at Sandringham Hospital, where he served as Head of GP Obstetrics.
As of 2013, Martin is the Practice Principal at Prahran East Medical Centre. Here he offers all aspects of General Practice health care, with particular expertise in paediatrics, dermatology, women's health (including shared antenatal care), mental health, internal medicine, emergencies, trauma and minor surgery. He also has interests in insertion of contraceptive implants and IUD's, medical family planning, PrEP for HIV prevention, Hep C eradication treatment, opioid replacement therapy, and a special interest in skin cancer care, including dermatoscopic mole checks, mole removals, skin biopsies and skin cancer treatment by both medical and surgical means.
Dr. Rebecca Wright

Rebecca graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010 and undertook her initial hospital training at Ballarat Base Hospital. She has a strong interest in paediatrics and womens health, and subsequently worked at The Royal Childrens Hospital and The Royal Women's Hospital, completing her postgraduate Diploma of Child Health and the RANZCOG Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has also worked in emergency medicine in regional Victoria at Wangaratta Base Hospital before undertaking training and attaining Fellowship with the Royal Australia College of GPs.
Rebecca enjoys all aspects of general practice. Her particular areas of interest are women's health, paediatrics and preventative health. Rebecca performs minor procedures including excision of skin lesions, iron infusions and implanon insertion.
Rebecca is a accredited pregnancy shared-care provider affiliated with The Royal Women's Hospital, Sandringham Hospital and Western Health.
Dr Carrie Kausman

Carrie completed her medical Degree at Monash University in 1997 and then spent several years in the hospital system working in various fields including paediatrics, psychiatry and obstetrics. She has completed her Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Carrie then specialised in General Practice in 2003 and has worked in the Eastern and Bayside suburbs for over 15 years.
Carrie is interested in all aspects of General Practice, particularly women's and children's health and the family as a whole, from pre-conception counselling, breastfeeding and infant health to adolescence. She is also interested in Mental Health and Sexual Health and is able to insert and remove implanon.
Dr Tina Sutton

After completing her Honours year in Psychology at Monash University, Tina attended medical school at Flinders University in South Australia. She did her intern year in Adelaide, and then returned home to Melbourne in 2001. She spent a few extra years working in public hospitals and being an investigator for drug company trials and then decided general practice was for her.
Tina is interested in all areas of general practice. She has particular interests in paediatrics, food allergies, women's health, sexual health, breastfeeding, menopause, mental health and preventative medicine. Tina is able to insert and remove implanon, remove IUDs and excise small skin lesions. She requests that consultations with her regarding menopause are booked as long appointments.
Dr Emily Walsh

Emily Completed Medicine at Monash University in 2000. She has worked in General Practice for over 10 years.
Emily has experience in all aspects of General Practice and has done further training in Women's Health, Family Planning, Paediatrics, Mental Health and Preventative Medicine.
Dr David Klein

David graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1974. He worked in general practice from his own rooms in Albert Park from 1982 to 1994, before moving to Prahran East Medical Centre as practice principal, maintaining this role through to 2012.
David has particular interest and training in preventative medicine, complementary medicine and dermatology.
Dr Joseph Sherman

Joseph has worked in general practice for over twelve years, after ten years of working across various specialties in public hospitals.
Special areas of interest include paediatrics, mental health, general medicine as well as drug and alcohol problems.
He enjoys maintaining skills in acute medicine with a longstanding, regular shift at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Emergency, as well as work in the community health setting in Port Phillip. Joseph speaks fluent Russian.

Leilani is a Nurse Immuniser with over 18 years experience in community and aged care nursing. She is passionate in providing holistic care to patients of all age groups, with a keen interest in immunisations, wound care and preventative health management.
Michaela joined us from the Healthscope Medical Centre Division in 2017, where she was a Practice Manager for eight years.
Michaela has had a passion for working in the medical industry since she started. To support her Practice Manager role she successfully completed a Diploma of Practice Management through Swinburne University in 2014.
She enjoys the challenges of running a busy medical centre on a daily basis and also creating an enjoyable atmosphere to both work in and visit as a patient.

Fiona is a Psychologist who works with adults of all ages seeking to experience higher levels of health, wellbeing and life satisfaction. With a 25 year corporate career prior to therapy practice. Fiona is very familiar with the context in which many professional people work. Also an accredited coach, Fiona maintains a coaching and learning and development practice where she focuses on resilience, wellbeing and leadership.

Rachelle is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years experience working in mental health within the private and public sector. Rachelle draws from a variety of psychological models in her work with adolescents and adults, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Systemic, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
